Career Summary:
As a Graphic Designer for 15 + years I have designed and produced brochures, mail-outs, catalogs, ads, tradeshow panels, annual reports, web sites and eblasts. Strong experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) for specialized websites. I am detailed oriented and always looking for ways to help a company save money in design as well as the process of getting there. Having implemented traffic meetings weekly, creating a time sheet for logging time and organizing an archiving system. I am confident in taking a job from concept to completion or to take a job at any stage of the process and completing it. Professional Experience:
7/09 – 08/10 • Clearpoint Technology/Agency – contract work for Tramontina
Tramontina produces several types of cookery from stainless steel and cast iron. My role was editing a variety of images using Photoshop to clean up and sharpening color for a variety of digital images of their stainless steel cookery and create jpgs of different sizes. Also, I added packaging design to each cookery. And, I assisted in helping mount large cardboards with a two-sided tape machine and added the packaging graphic design to the card board. Then made into a box of the cookery design and presented to clients.
2/09 – 08/10 • Freelance Graphic Designer
Graphic design work for design firms and other short-term graphic projects updating websites, designing and producing tri-fold brochures, logos and specialized business cards. Photo-shoots, photo touch-ups for specialized print companies. CMS updates for Hart Energy Publishing company.
And graphic design work for Weatherford.
8/08 – 1/09 • The CreativeGroup/Agency – contract work for Baker Hughes
Created miscellaneous brochures and ads. Revised HS&E (Health, Safety & Environmental) brochure from English to Russian, revising graphics
and images from English to Russian. Designed and produced Baker Hughes 2009 calendar (printing 25,000) and a special internal children’s
award’s calendar.
9/05 – 7/08 • Graphic Designer– Sabre Marketing
Actively involved in all phases of jobs: concept, logos, formulation of job specifications, bids, copy writing, layout, type specifications, photo selection and production. Designed specialized exhibit booths produced for OTC for Weatherford, Geomechanics and JDR Cable. Designed web sites and collateral material. Worked with Account Executives and/or clients on various print, web, e-blasts and trade show exhibit panels.
